    When my wife and I signed on to purchase a home in downtown Raleigh, we didn’t realize how much we would need someone like Seth. Our house was purchased through a developer who was working with the City of Raleigh. With so many parties invovled there also arose a great deal of hurdles. Seth not only took the time to work through myriad professional obsticles, he also came along side my family as a friend and supporter while the process unfolded. He helped us remain patient in times of waiting, consistantly translated all the events into in lay-man’s terms, and went above and beyond in making sure all parties were satisfied with the deal. While I am happy to be moved into our home, but I’m also happy to have made a good friend in the process!

    When I was new to the Raleigh area, Seth took the time to explain different areas and what would be a good area for me to live in. It wasn’t about making a commission, he genuinely cares that you purchase the right home for you. He knows which houses are of good quality and those that are not.

    When I sold my house, I of course asked Seth again to be my agent. He was relentless in getting my house sold in this tough economy. I left the Raleigh area which made it difficult to make day to day decisions regarding the sale and Seth went over and above many times to help me get the house sold and keep me informed.

    I have never experienced an agent whom I could trust like Seth and who has a customers best interest at heart. Raleigh is lucky to have Seth and Millie.

    I HATE the whole buying and selling thing! I don’t like dealing with the details and haggling. I’m also hypervigilant about not getting screwed over when buying a house. I want to know that I’m buying a solid house that’s has value and great resale potential.

    In comes Seth Pollinger. Three words; TRUST, INTEGRITY, KNOWLEDGE and TENACITY (I know, that’s four words). I swear, there IS no other realtor who could have done what he did for me and my family. He sold my house in 7 DAYS and pulled no stops in helping me to secure the house I wanted against 2 other offers. I know I bugged the crap out of him with multiple phone calls but he has the patience of Job and he definitely earned every last penny of commission in the selling of my old house and the purchase of my new house. For example:
    1) Marketing of our old house with amazing photos and descriptions on high-gloss magazine quality brochure
    2) Wise counsel on how to stage my house to maximize profit (I sold my house for $7000 more than it listed).
    3) How to handle the transition between homes
    4) Took care of the details and provided options in “everyday language”. When I got confused, he consistently proved he was acting 100% on my behalf
    5) Impeccable inspector, HVAC and pest control resources that combed my new house top to bottom and let me know everything I needed to make a WISE decision: this home had a few minor issues to address but otherwise had “good bones” and was a great investment.

    The question is not what did he do for me but what did he NOT do for me and I still can’t find an answer. He took care of me and my family during the entire process.
