Prices New Home

Monday, February 11th, 2013

After many months of debating whether to leave their special home on Guinness and move to a bigger home, they decided to buy a home from their good friends, the Swishers.  For Wesley, ‘it is done.’  Of course, it is a significant moment to move out of their first house with unforgetable memories and move into the next stage, one that offers room for expansion in the days coming.  May God do greater things (yet to arrive)!

Simmons New Home

Friday, October 12th, 2012 | 0 comments

Will and Erin thought about many options–different locations, floor plans, conditions, and yards.  And they chose this one.  It may be a bit plain right now, but it will look great after some work.  Plus, it offers a 4 bedroom plus garage plus great yard plus ideal location.  Although other momes may first appear more impressive, this one offers more long lasting benefits!

Hollands New Home

Saturday, July 21st, 2012 | 0 comments

Barron and Danelle thought they outgrew their last house.  So Barron thought this one would be big enough–3000 sq feet up and 1000 in the basement (plus a workshop area).  Yeah, it needs some work, but that is what Barron wanted–quality time at home and a chance to train the boys!  Well, this house offers many chances for training–and it will be a big space as the kids grow up and want to have friends over!  Since this was a short sale, they had to live like nomads for a few months.  Fortunately, for Danelle, she now has a place to call home, again.  Good job with the patience!

Guyers’ New Home

Wednesday, July 18th, 2012 | 0 comments

Our first house!  The more they thought and waited, the more this house grew on them.  It is great!  It offers a great location near friends, great spaces to host big gatherings, big bedrooms and even a garage.  It seemed risky at first but looked better and better as the wait drew along.  BBut the wait is over!

Raffertys New Home

Friday, June 22nd, 2012 | 1 comment

Just over two months ago, Chris & Traci decided it was a good time to move.   Well, it took a little longer than they hoped :)….but after considsering a few top contenders, they ran out to see this one the first day it hit the market.  Although others made offers that first day, this was just right for the Raffertys–a great kitchen for baking, a big space for friends, and a lot of  extra trees for Chris’ new chain saw (Traci is from Montana–she will show Chris how to use it!)

George and Joyce are awaiting twin grand boys in a month.  They just could not wait any longer to find a great second home near their daughter.  So they picked this one–a comfortable three bedroom townhome in a great neighborhood!  With a few changes, it will be ready for the babies to visit.

Maxwells New Home

Monday, May 14th, 2012 | 0 comments

When their house sold, they wondered, ‘where do we go now?’   They decided to consider a short sale.  Just when they heard the disappointing news that the short sale was not purchasable, this underpriced gem hit the market.  Hours after it went for sale, they saw it and made an offer in a multiple offer situation.  Maxwell planned and Sam prayed.  God gave.  After hours of tense negotiation, they secured it!  Everything about this house is astonishing.  This will be a delight for many years.

Jones Family Has a New Home

Move from their big house at the church into a bigger home?  I told them that was unlikely.  But then they found a mansion in foreclosure!  The suprised us all–well built, good location, and in good condition.  And Jessica thinks the boys will like the woods in back!  They look forward to some exciting improvements and your visit soon.

Hillmans New Home

Hillmans New Home

This has been a tough year with many moves (and even more lessons).  But Alan and Shelley worked to be thankful at each step.  And then God worked it all together to give them this: Shelley’s favorite home she has stepped into down in Raleigh.  Wow.  Thankful for kindness.  And thanful for the years to come!
